Contemporary Retreat
Designed to complement the existing property and its surrounding landscape, this bespoke outbuilding transforms an underutilised area into a luxurious, multi-purpose space for work, wellness, entertainment and relaxation.
Created as a highly insulated, timber-clad building with a contemporary architectural form, the design balances striking aesthetics with practical functionality. Every detail has been carefully considered to deliver a building that feels connected to the home while providing a destination in its own right.
Inside, the layout has been designed to accommodate a range of lifestyle spaces including a golf simulator and cinema room, wellness facilities, a home office, guest accommodation and entertaining areas.
The flexible design ensures the building can evolve with the owner's needs for years to come.
This project demonstrates how thoughtful design, high-quality materials and meticulous craftsmanship can create an outbuilding that adds both exceptional living space and long-term value to a property.
